Business Transformation Specialist – Oxford

A leading organization is seeking a Business Transformation Specialist to drive strategic change initiatives, optimize processes, and support sustainable business growth. This role is pivotal in improving operational efficiency by collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze business practices, develop improvement strategies, and implement transformative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Analysis & Planning

  • Assess current business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with senior management to define transformation goals and key performance indicators.
  • Develop detailed roadmaps and action plans for strategic changes.

Project Management

  • Lead transformation projects from inception to completion, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.
  • Work with various departments to align and integrate transformation initiatives.
  • Monitor project progress and adjust strategies as needed.

Change Management

  • Facilitate smooth transitions with minimal disruption through effective change management practices.
  • Engage stakeholders at all levels to secure buy-in and support for initiatives.
  • Conduct workshops to upskill teams on new processes and technologies.

Performance Improvement

  • Analyze data to track performance metrics and measure the impact of transformation initiatives.
  • Implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance efficiency.
  • Benchmark internal and external best practices to drive competitive advantage.

Communication & Reporting

  • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for executive leadership.
  • Act as a liaison between project teams and senior management.
  • Maintain documentation of project processes, decisions, and outcomes.

Skills & Experience

Essential:

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Experience in project and change management (Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile preferred).
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and business intelligence software.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical data solutions.

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of airline and MRO operations.
  • Extensive business or industrial experience.
  • Green or Black Belt certification in Lean.
  • Experience in dashboard creation using Skywise, Google Looker, or similar software.

Education & Clearance Requirements

  • Essential: STEM HND.
  • Security Clearance: Must be eligible for SC Clearance and meet ITAR Export Compliance Regulations.
