Job Title: Late Shift CNC Miller – Programmer/Setter/Operator

Based at: 8 /10 Cedar Park Trading Park Ferndown Industrial Estate

Scope of role: Setting and operating various CNC Mills

Standard Hours: 4pm – 2am Monday to Thursday

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete machine set ups in line with company procedures
• Comply with component quality requirements and ‘First Off’ process
• Manage machine maintenance requirements and complete daily log
• Ensure parts are finished and deburred in line with Rodford standards
• Support all corrective actions, observations & reviews presented by the quality department
• Fully support lean programmes: examples 6S and Lean manufacturing initiative programmes
• Uphold company policies as directed by the senior management team

The applicant must have at least 3 years, recent CNC milling experience using Heidenhein controls.
