My client is a leading residential estate management company, who manage in excess of 150 exclusive and beautifully landscaped developments across the UK. They are seeking a proactive and organised Customer Service Administrator to join their busy team on a temporary basis FOR 4/6 weeks.
Responsibilities:-
- Customer service
- Taking calls from customers
- Logging information onto the database
- General administration
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 years’ experience in customer service/reception and have excellent customer services skills and a professional telephone manner.
