Job title: Hardware Team Leader

Location: Portsmouth Broad Oak

What Hardware Team Leader will be doing:

• Lead hardware team and mentor team members
• Plan team’s work, provide estimates and report against plans/schedules
• Deliver the hardware scope to budget and timeline
• Act as Hardware Technical Lead
• Carry out activities in line with specifications, quality & technical standards
• Lead and partake in Hardware procurement and build, test & acceptance
• Produce material in support of Product Safety & Design Certification
• Carry out technical analyses and investigations
• Liaise with customers/stakeholders
