Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this is an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Communications Executive to be the creative force behind their rebranding journey. In this pivotal role, you will have the opportunity to shape and redefine the brand’s identity, crafting compelling strategies that resonate with their audience.
Responsibilities
- Devise and deliver our rebrand.
- Support the marketing team with internal and external communications.
- Drafting and editing communications and material to create engaging and creative content for a variety of channels (Articles, social media, website, intranet, press releases, biographies, testimonials, success stories and engaging content)
- Creating and executing an internal comms strategy
- Develop, manage and maintain the firm’s new intranet platform
- Analysis of the impact and effectiveness of all communications activities
- Supporting with communications for events, presentations and social media
- Where appropriate, develop relationships with relevant media contacts
- Development of the company brand and messaging
- Keeping updated of new marketing trends and developments
- Coordinating invoice records, admin and updating budgets
- Other relevant duties as assigned
The ideal candidate will be degree level educated, and have a CIM qualification or equivalent working experience. You will have extensive experience in writing content and producing marketing material. It is essential to have knowledge of both hard copy and digital marketing communications, including creating SEO website content. You must also be comfortable with metrics / analytics / evaluating effectiveness of comms using data. Computer literate – competent in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Adobe, such as InDesign, Photoshop (Desirable but not essential).
