The NPI Manager skills you will need to excel at include:

• Electronics experience (distribution or manufacturing)
• Sales, business development and/or customer account management
• Excellent communication skills
• The ability to multi task and to create and run projects
• The personality to be effective team players
• Good computer skills in Word, PowerPoint and Excel plus the ability to learn new systems.
