Due to our clients continued growth and development an exciting opportunity has arisen.

Production Manager Responsibilities

• Responsible for the manufacture of components and sub-assemblies to the production schedule
• Continually review the production process with a view to generating lean improvements
• Manage a team across the Fabrication department and assembly team
• Ensure the efficient use of production resources whilst maintaining a high standard of quality
• Work closely with other departments to ensure delivery schedule is met

Production Manager Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years proven managerial experience within a sheet metal fabrication environment
• Experience of automated and semi-automated equipment
• Knowledge of Lean methodologies
• Experience of process improvement
• Previous experience working with MRP systems

Salary – £45k to £50k depending on experience
