Quality Inspector

Quality Inspector will be part of manufacturing team, ensuring a smooth and efficient running of the manufacturing process. You will be responsible for first off and final inspection, machine shop feedback and customer reporting.

Early – 06:00 – 14:30, Monday Thursday. 06:00 – 13:30, Friday

Late – 14:00 – 22:00, Monday Thursday. 13:00 – 20:00, Friday

Quality Inspector Requirement:

• Experienced Quality Inspector from a fast-paced environment. Preferably within a precision engineering CNC milling and turning industry such as Motorsport, Automotive or Aerospace
• Demonstrate excellent knowledge of manual inspection techniques and equipment
• Experienced CMM user – Mitutoyo MCOSMOS preferred but not essential
• Excellent communication skills and PC literacy
• Good communication with ability to relay clear and concise feedback to operators and engineers
• Work efficiently to deadlines
• A good working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015
• A good understanding of machining practices
