SMT Supervisor,  Stonehouse

Job Description:

• Supervise the Surface Mount Technology (SMT) operations in the company
• Ensure smooth functioning of the SMT process and equipment
• Coordinate with production team to meet production targets
• Maintain quality standards and ensure product specifications are met
• Train and supervise SMT operators
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues in the SMT process

Essential Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Electronics Engineering or related field
• Knowledge of Surface Mount Technology (SMT) processes and equipment
• Experience in a supervisory role
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Desired Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in SMT operations
• Experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience in training and supervising staff
