Hudson Shribman are seeking a CNC Turner for a well established engineering company based in Dorset

Key Responsibilities:

• Create Fanuc CNC programs
• Liaise with production office regarding manufacturing methods and tooling
• Design fixtures and create relevant drawings
• Complete machine set ups in line with company procedures
• Comply with component quality requirements and First Off’ process
• Manage machine maintenance requirements and complete daily log
• Ensure parts are finished and deburred in line with company standards
• Support all corrective actions, observations & reviews presented by the quality department
• Fully support lean programmes: examples 6S and Lean manufacturing initiative programmes
• Uphold company policies as directed by the senior management team

• Minimum 3 years programming experience

The right candidate must have programming experience using Fanuc controls and extensive turning experience, as well as having knowledge of current machining methods and tooling is essential

Rate: £14 -17.50 p/h dependant on experience.
