Hudson Shribman are seeking a Customer Care Coordinator with a successful track record in managing customer relationships in a fast-paced environment for a well-established manufacturing company

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Enhance customer experience by delivering products and services in a timely manner
  • Ensuring the department meets its customer service levels on order processing, handling queries and response times.
  • Drive customer-centric approach to improve processes and exceed expectations
  • Provide regular contact with all our customers whilst building relationships
  • Proactively taking steps to resolve customer issues and find the best solutions
  • To understand and work collaboratively with all internal departments
  • Manage escalations and provide valuable customer feedback
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy of documentation
  • Actively support a culture of continuous improvement

Experience/Skills

  • Previous experience in a customer service role
  • Excellent listening and communication skills with ability to empathise
  • Detailed and methodical in approach to work
  • Proactive, flexible, and adaptable to changing situations
  • A team player, good at building constructive relationships
  • Good knowledge of ERP systems
  • Great organisation skills
  • Ability to multitask effectively
  • Capability to work under pressure
  • Competent with IT systems, particularly the Microsoft
  • Solution driven – able to take ownership of situations with a positive, can-do attitude
