Customer Service  Representative

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to become part of our clients dynamic team , a leading Aerospace manufacturing business located in the heart of Hayes, Middlesex. If you have a passion for excellence and a drive to serve in a fast-paced environment, we want you!

Role Overview: As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the linchpin between our customers and our internal teams. Reporting to the Customer Service Executive, your role will involve:

• Conducting full contract reviews on all customer orders.
• Processing customer orders and ensuring accurate updates on our internal SAP system.
• Addressing and resolving customer queries efficiently.
• Managing customer portals and providing timely orderbook updates.
• Collaborating across departments to maintain seamless communication.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in customer service, admin, sales, or an office environment.
• Strong computer literacy, particularly with Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Familiarity with SAP systems is preferred but not essential.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Working Hours: This is a full-time position, working 37.5 hours per week. Our office hours are Monday to Thursday from 8:15 am to 5:00 pm and Friday from 8:15 am to 12:45 pm¹.
