Mechanical Inspector near Four Marks required

Hudson Shribman looking for a Mechanical Inspector to join our client based in Medstead

As Mechanical Inspector you will be responsible for the following:

Mechanical Inspector Responsibilities

• Carry out first off/first stage and final inspection of machined components, assemblies and fabricated parts
• Primary contact for quality issues
• Perform and maintain accurate in process quality inspection and records
• Assist the Quality Manager during quality audits and maintaining facilities
• Fulfil quality assurance tasks on a daily basis
• Complete and maintain Quality Assurance reports and documentation

Mechanical Inspector Requirements

• Have a minimum of 5 years experience performing first article inspection within engineering
• Skilled in using inspection instruments and methods for first article and in process inspection
• Able to interpret engineering drawings and quality requirements
• Strong Mechanical Engineering knowledge
• Experience of AS9100 & AS9102
