Mechnical Inspector, CMM

Our client  is looking for a Mechanical Inspector, CMM  to head up a small quality departments as a department supervisor.

Skills Required for the Mechanical Inspector, CMM

●    First off inspection of parts ensuring they are within tolerance of the products drawings
●    Patrol inspection
●    Using specialised equipment to measure parts, including CMM and shadow graph
●    Final in-depth inspection of components, involving visual checks, paperwork checks and dimensional checks
●    FAIR reviews – Ensuring that FAIR is traceable back to its raw material and meeting AS9100 standard 
●    Making sure we are meeting the requirements set out by AS9100 spec.
●    Calibration – making sure everything is up to date and meeting companies requirements.
●    Material trace – Ensuring parts are made to drawing requirements and are correct all the way throughout manufacturing.
●    Ability to work within a fast paced environment and under pressure
●    Able to prioritise the daily task/work set out by the Op’s Manager

20 days paid leave p/a rising by 1 day for every completed year up to 25 days
Pension scheme
4 day working week, Mon – Thurs (10 hours per shift)
