Production Manager Requirements

• Relevant manufacturing/engineering degree is preferred, or HND, BTec Professional Level 5 Award or equivalent NVQ Level 5 qualifications.
• Have proven experience in the production management, preferably Electronics or PCB assembly.
• Be able to communicate effectively with other stakeholders
• Have excellent planning, organisation and negotiating skills
• Have proven people management skills
• Experience of an MRP system
