Hudson Shribman have an exciting opportunity for a Quality Engineer

Quality Engineer responsibilities

• Ensure continued accreditation to ISO9001 and compliance with company procedures, lead audit review
• Plan and execute a continuous review of compliance throughout all functions of the business
• Undertake incoming goods inspection
• Work with Purchasing and Suppliers to ensure that they are meeting requirements
• Sign-off equipment with quality records of build and completed quality documentation
• Review processes and procedures to help promote improvements
• Observe and enforce all company H&S requirements
• Maintain KPI’s and introduce new KPI’s

Quality Engineer requirements

• Quality Management experience in a similar environment
• Have a strong Engineering background
• Ability to read Engineering Drawings, incl tolerances etc
• Use of measuring equipment
• Health & Safety Qualification – NEBOSH (desirable)

Salary – £40k – £45k depending on experience

Hours – Mon to Thurs – 8:30am to 5pm and Friday – 8:30am to 4pm
