Hudson Shribman is looking for Quality Engineer

Quality Engineer Requirement

• Conduct audits of processes to identify areas for improvement

• Develop and implement statistical process control procedures to monitor and improve process capability
• Work closely with production and engineering teams identifying root causes of quality issues and implementing solutions
• Manage and lead investigations into non-conformities (8D/RMA/CAR)
• Knowledge of industry standards such as ISO 9001 and IPC-A-610
• Experience with quality tools such as Root Cause Analysis, FMEA and Control Plans
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• First hand responder to production and engineering teams to ensure quality standards are being met during the electronic manufacturing process
• Investigate and identify root causes of electronic product defects or quality issues and implement corrective actions
• Analyse data and generate reports on quality defects, and non-conformances; recommending improvements to processes and procedures
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and customer service, to ensure a customer-focused approach to quality
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to Integrated Management System
