Job Role:

Our Client based in Buckinghamshire, manufacture high precision CNC  components  in wide range of metals and plastics. They supply across a variety of industry sectors including Motor sport, Automotive and Industrial.

Due to continued growth, they are now looking to expand their quality team with an experienced Quality Inspector. The successful candidate will hold an integral role within the day-to-day activity of manufacturing team, ensuring a smooth and efficient running of the manufacturing process. You will be responsible for first off and final inspection, machine shop feedback and customer reporting. In addition, you may be asked to support the Quality Manager in maintaining the Quality Management System, ensuring total compliance to ISO 9001. Skills and

Experience required: ·

· Experienced Quality Inspector from a fast-paced environment. Preferably within a precision engineering CNC milling and turning industry such as Motorsport, Automotive or Aerospace

· Demonstrate excellent knowledge of manual inspection techniques and equipment

· Experienced CMM user – Mitutoyo MCOSMOS preferred but not essential

· Excellent communication skills and PC literacy

· Good communication with ability to relay clear and concise feedback to operators and engineers

· Work efficiently to deadlines

· A good working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015

· A good understanding of machining practices
