PCB Rework & Repair Technician

A high-tech, fast turnaround PCB assembly company established for over 20 years requires a PCB Rework & Repair Technician to join our team due to growth of the business.
Job role-Description
The ideal candidate will have experience of both surface mount and through hole rework and repair,
Responsibilities :
Responsible for reworking and repair of both SMT (Surface Mount) and TH (Thru Hole) 
Rework and repair by hand or with repair aids, including track and pad repairs, wire linking and modifications and board repairs. 
Operating soldering irons, infrared BGA placement and reflow, hot air convection reflow and X-RAY machines.
 
Skills Required:
• Experience soldering electronic including BGA,QFN and chip components
• Excellent attention to detail
• Able to demonstrate a clear and logical approach to problem solving
• Must be accurate and have the ability to inspect close work
• High attention to detail 
Must have the ability to read and interpret assembly drawings, bills of material and identify components.
 

Salary depends on experience.
