South East £up to 70k + Bonus

Mainly onsite but some – Hybrid working
As a business analyst, SAP USER and a key liaison with the manufacturing team, as business analyst connected to the area of manufacturing you will analyse, document and work with the manufacturing teams, to improve the manufacturing Execution Systems. The use of SAP will be essential for success in achieving resource efficient and cost-effective processes.
As part of the IT digital teams will be implementing many innovative technologies covering everything from SAP S4/HANA, Software Defined Networking, Cloud Computing, Azure Analytics and more..
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and analyse data to identify stakeholder needs and recognise insights to improve the Manufacturing Execution Systems.
- Work with key stakeholders to define new and improved business processes using technology to aid success.
- Prepare business cases, diagnostics, and project plans to support decision-making processes.
- Support the evaluation and drive implementation of process improvements including change management and training requirements.
- Organise meetings and workshops with stakeholders and technical team to implement changes successfully on-time and to budget.
- Create clear and concise documentation, such as business process maps and training materials, to communicate outputs effectively.
- Manage project coordination, progress tracking, and risk assessment.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
- Test system changes and train end users on new procedures and systems.
Qualifications / Experience
- Proven experience as a business analyst / worked in the Manufacturing area with a focus on process continuous improvement.
- SAP USER
- Demonstratable experience of aligning business processes with MES functionality and IT capabilities.
- Able to design solutions, translating customer requirements into IT solutions and troubleshoot any technical challenges.
- Experience of overseeing multiple projects, managing schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to architect and implement system solutions, while authoring system documentation and requirements.
- Experience of working within agile development methodologies
- Willingness to travel & a self-starter to learning. learn new skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Technical skills of understanding/interpreting server, network, and infrastructure.
- Technical skills of SQL products
