Hudson Shribman are looking for a Spare Parts Administrator
Spare Parts Administrator responsibilities
- Regularly updating customers on the progress of their orders and/or delays
- Pro-actively chasing customer quotations
- Creating spare parts quotations for customers
- Inputting quotations and order details into the company ERP system and necessary software for measuring KPI’s
- Raising orders for purchasing of parts from suppliers/sub-contract manufactures
- Liaising with the internal manufacturing teams to enure that they are aware of any resource requirements internally
- Answering service calls and inputting the data into the companies service log so that a service engineer can react to the request
Spare Parts Administrator skills/experience
- Have 5+ years experience working in a customer facing role
- Strong customer facing skills
- Fully conversant with MS Office
- Have worked with an ERP/MRP system is desirable but training will be provided for the right candidate
