Hudson Shribman are looking for a Spare Parts Administrator

Spare Parts Administrator responsibilities

  • Regularly updating customers on the progress of their orders and/or delays
  • Pro-actively chasing customer quotations
  • Creating spare parts quotations for customers
  • Inputting quotations and order details into the company ERP system and necessary software for measuring KPI’s
  • Raising orders for purchasing of parts from suppliers/sub-contract manufactures
  • Liaising with the internal manufacturing teams to enure that they are aware of any resource requirements internally
  • Answering service calls and inputting the data into the companies service log so that a service engineer can react to the request

Spare Parts Administrator skills/experience

  • Have 5+ years experience working in a customer facing role
  • Strong customer facing skills
  • Fully conversant with MS Office
  • Have worked with an ERP/MRP system is desirable but training will be provided for the right candidate
